Join Edinburgh Pipe Club and meet fellow pipe smokers!

We're delighted that you've found us! Use this site to discover more about the club and our members.

We meet regularly in Bruntsfield (and occasionally elsewhere) to smoke our pipes and enjoy each other's company.

If you have a new pipe you want to show off without getting a disapproving "how much did that cost?" please bring it along.

Want to try a different blend? Enjoy a sample from our "baccy bar".

We hope to meet you soon in person!

Several of us also smoke cigars as well, so please feel free to join us for a herf!

The club

"Nowhere in the world will such a brotherly feeling of confidence be experienced as amongst those who sit together smoking their pipes."

-The Results and Merits of Tobacco, 1844 Doctor Barnstein

The aim of the club is to allow pipe smokers to enjoy their pipes in the company of others, to share different tobaccos and to enjoy relaxed conversation.

The "baccy bar"

Fancy trying a new blend but don't want to buy a whole tin/pouch? Try a free sample from the selection available.

Events

We currently meet on the second Saturday of each month, at Henrick's. Starting at 2.30pm. Finish times are flexible, stay for just a single bowl or linger as long as you want.

Take a look at our current events calendar!

Please note the change of regular venue. Whilst the Beehive Inn has a very nice beer garden, most of it is closed for the winter, making it a better "summer" venue.
